UNMANIFESTED is a team devoted to one idea: that every resident of every American community deserves a voice in the decisions that shape their lives — and that public agencies deserve practical help in hearing those voices.
We work at the intersection of community engagement and modern technology. We design digital town halls, multilingual surveys, and AI-assisted program support that meet residents where they are: on their phones, in their languages, on their schedules.
Our name reflects our belief. In every community there is potential waiting to be heard — ideas, needs, and wisdom that never reach a hearing room. Our work is to make that potential manifest: visible, counted, and acted upon.
