Trust & Security

Responsible by design. Public data deserves public-grade care — privacy-first practices, explainable AI, and transparency at every step.

Privacy-first data practices

We collect only what a program truly needs — and we protect everything we collect. Resident responses are handled with care, anonymized where appropriate, and never used for any purpose beyond the program they were given to.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted. Simple as that. Residents share their voices with us because their agency asked them to; we treat that gift with the seriousness it deserves.

Responsible, explainable AI

Our AI assists — it never decides about people on its own. It drafts answers, organizes input, and suggests next steps; human beings review, approve, and take responsibility for every decision.

There are no black boxes here. The rules our AI follows are documented, and agencies can inspect how the system works at any time. If a resident asks why they received a certain answer, we can show exactly why.

Transparency for residents and agencies

Residents deserve to know how their input is used. We tell them plainly: what we collect, why we collect it, and what happens next. Agencies, in turn, see exactly how the system processes input and produces results.

Trust is the foundation of participation. Communities that have been overlooked before need proof — not promises — that their voices matter and their information is safe.

What data do you collect?

Only what a program needs to run: the responses residents choose to share, and basic technical information that keeps the service working. We never collect more than the program requires, and we never sell or share data for other purposes.

Who can see resident input?

The agency team running the program — and only as agreed with that agency. Personal details are protected, and anything published or reported is aggregated and anonymized so no individual can be identified.

How does your AI stay accountable?

AI drafts and assists; people review and decide. The rules the AI follows are documented and open to agency inspection, so there is always a clear, human answer for how any outcome was reached.

Every community deserves to be heard.

Whether you're exploring a grant, planning a program, or simply curious — we'd love to hear what your residents need.
